Kickstart your day with an energising outdoor workout designed to build strength, endurance and vitality!

Bootcamp 45 is a dynamic training session combining functional strength exercises with cardio intervals, creating a balanced and effective full-body workout. The session begins with a guided warm-up, followed by a varied circuit training focusing on different muscle groups, and finishes with a short cool-down and stretch.


Set outdoors in the fresh Arctic air, the experience offers both physical activation and a boost of energy, preparing guests for the day ahead.

This is not about performance, but about movement and personal progress. Each participant adjusts the intensity and weight of the equipment, making the session suitable for all fitness levels, regardless of experience or age.

Morning session 08:15- 09:00. Mondays and Wednesdays.

What to wear

Comfortable outdoor training clothes, and suitable footwear.
